He sold over 5,000 homes during his career, retiring from selling real estate at age 39 opting to watch his team run. In 2009 he sold his real estate sales team and by all measures it was the first independent real estate sales team to be sold. In 2004 he helped Craig Proctor launch the first ever program exclusively dedicated to getting agents to Millionaire Agent Businesses.
The Platinum Program has created more Millionaire and Multimillionaire Agents than any other real estate program in history. In 2012 Todd launched Optimus Real Estate Brokers, a real estate company exclusively for agents wanting to grow a Super Profitable Sales Team. Todd Walters is the author of Death of the Traditional Real Estate Agent and Rise of the Super Profitable Real Estate Sales Team. He has also been featured in Best Agents Business Book, The Billion Dollar Agent: Lessons Learned as well as Dan Gooder Richards Book, The Real Estate Rain Makers Guide to Online Marketing. Michelle Gardner began her journey in real estate as an assistant in 1997. With excitement for the industry and a constant thirst for knowledge she became licensed in 1998. A year later Michelle became office manager of RE/MAX Center. That same year she was presented the prestigious Office Manager of the year award from RE/MAX International. She went on to become the Chief Operations Officer prior to moving to her position as Relationship Director/Associate Broker for Solid Source Realty and Director of Education for Clarity School of Real Estate.
In working for and with 2 of the largest real estate companies in the state and nation, Michelle has trained thousands of real estate professionals on a variety of industry topics, and brings high energy, excitement and a genuine dedication to helping our agents get plugged into our systems, reach established goals and succeed with excellence.
Michelle comes from a military family being born and raised at Georgia’s own Fort Benning. She is very proud of the structure, order, and balance she received growing up military. Realizing early in life that she had been blessed with a heart of service, she became an American Red Cross volunteer at an early age. She remains a tireless volunteer in the community serving as President for Post 12 of the Ladies Auxiliary of the AMVETS, is the chaplain for the state dept of GA as well as volunteering at the Atlanta VA Hospital, Must Ministries and Habitat for Humanity.
Michelle has been married to her husband Ben for 28 years. They have 2 adult children and one precious granddaughter.
In addition to spending time with her family, Michelle enjoys riding motorcycles, reading, traveling and football.

Magazine, USA Today, The Atlanta Journal, The Atlanta Business Chronicle, Mission USA, Church Growth Today, Atlanta Magazine, Continental Inflight amongst others and has spoken before the Georgia General Assembly and the United States Congress.
Brian has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry and has sold thousands of homes. Brian served for many years as Vice President at Todd Walters and Associates and has an incredible passion for helping agents function at maximum potential by learning to leverage themselves to reach unimaginable heights. In 2007, Brian left the real estate field to start a non-profit helping at-risk teens find their identity and place in the world. After that, for the last 7 years, Brian has been the VP for Solid Source Realty, managing, serving and teaching several thousand agents in the Atlanta market. Brian’s role at Your Home Sold Guaranteed is to bring added value through processes, technology, communication and coaching. Brian provides hands-on, one-on-one coaching and conducts a weekly role playing conference call, covering multiple lead scenario calls from many different lead and personality types for hands-on practice by anyone who would like to get better on the phone increasing conversion rates.
